act as the sole intermediary and an integrated supplier.


PT Indo CafCo is currently
seeking a results-oriented individual to fill the following position based in Indonesia (Medan):
Inventory Controller
GENERAL WORK DESCRIPTION
The Inventory Controller will ensure the integrity and accuracy of physical inventory on the bases
of quantity, Lot and Item through the development and maintenance of a system traceability,
control and verification of movement inbound, internally and outbound.
The manager is responsible for training and oversight of inventory control
staff to ensure timely and effective inventory control operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
o    develops and
maintains methods for improving inventory accuracy and methods for training
warehouse staff on best practices for operation
o    Liaise with
Purchasing, Warehouse, Sustainability and Traffic Departments in order to keep
track of all incoming purchases, internal movement of inventory, processing
& sorting, and export of inventory and to ensure that standards for
transparency and Coffee Certifications are met.
o    Must ensure that
all actual processing yields (for asalan, parchment and other) are reconciled
back to the theoretical expected yields.
o    required to
provide a reconciled daily, weekly and monthly inventory report of all current
company stocks and provide explanation where necessary for any variances
o    Has overall
responsibility for carrying out monthly stock checks for all the company
operations. All inventories must be physically counted and reconciled to the
book figure with explanations for any variances. The report must also be
reconciled with the Finance Manager.
o    ensure that all
the companies operations are conforming to accepted company standards &
required Audit controls for handling of inventory
o    Investigates and
reconciles inventory discrepancies
o    Maintenance of the
weighbridge for accuracy
o    Generate accurate
and timely reports
o    Daily, weekly and monthly inventory report
o    Basis report
o    Yield report

EDUCATION, PRIOR WORK
EXPERIENCE, AND SPECIALIZED SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
o    University Degree
from Business / Economic background.
o    Minimum 3 years experiences
in Inventory Control
o    Strong
communication skill with good personality.
o    Ability to speak a
good english.
