The project is implemented by Training Resources Group, Inc, RTI International, Burnet Institute and APMG.  The organizational performance topics include accountability, administration, advocacy, finance, governance, knowledge management, leadership, management, monitoring and evaluation, networking, partnership, policy development, resource mobilization, strategic planning and transparency. SUM II will provide and monitor small grants to qualified civil society organizations to support the scale-up of integrated interventions in “hotspots” where there is a high concentration of one or more MARP and high-risk
behavior is prevalent.

Currently we are seeking a *Forest Campaign Manager, *base in Jakarta.

Reporting to Campaigns Director, the Forest Campaign Manager is responsible
to :

1.  Formulate and ensure the delivery of the Greenpeace Southeast Asia
Forest Campaign Programme in Indonesia, in  accordance with the approved
strategic plan. Ensure an integrated approach to our programmers and
projects work that supports the realization of Greenpeace long-term
objectives.

2. Manages, leads and motivates forest campaign team including mapping and
research unit and forest political team. Together with Indonesian Program
Manager, plays a leadership role in the day-to-day management of the
campaign operations in Indonesia. Reporting directly to the Campaign
Director and working closely with Indonesia Forest Network, the Forest
Campaign Manager will ensure the effective coordination and integration of
the different departments in GPSEA in the implementation of identified
Indonesia forest campaign program.
3. Regularly update the Campaign Director and Indonesia Forest Network the
status of Indonesia forest campaign operations plus provide advice relating
to program preparation and delivery, interdepartmental projects and
operating systems. Where appropriate, The Indonesia Forest Campaign Manager
will also serve as the external representative for Greenpeace Southeast
Asia campaigns.

AMARTA II is a USAID funded program that aims to improve the
competitiveness of the value chains of three high-value commodities: Coffee,
Cocoa and Horticultural crops and to increase the access to credit of small holder
farmers in these three sectors.

The project will work extensively with local government, farmers groups,
marketing companies, processors, input suppliers and other stakeholders to upgrade
the target value chains and especially the proportion of income retained by
farmers.

Project and offices are in Medan, Makassar, Bandung, and Jakarta.

We are currently seeking professionals for the Monitoring and Evaluation
(M&E) Specialist position.

M&E Specialist:S/he will responsible for development and
implementation of a comprehensive system of monitoring progress and impacts,
including: development of a results framework; identification of indicators;
analyses and preparing reports; training field staff in collecting and
supplying M&E information; and supplying the M&E information in the
required format to USAID periodically.


Requirements:M.S. or equivalent in Economics, Development
Studies, Project Management or related field with 5 years experiences or B.S.
with 7 years of relevant experience in developing and implementing M&E
systems in development projects is required. Demonstrated ability in setting up
and implementing M&E systems;  Ability to train staff in M&E processes; Organizing data collection
system; Utilize GIS and Information and Communication Technology applications
for M&E a plus.  Experience working
with USAID M&E systems is preferred. Excellent writing skills
required.  Fluent (Bahasa Indonesia)
language skills and fluency in English language required.  CVs should indicate the level of language
testing attained. Information management skills (Word processing and
spreadsheet application skills) and demonstrated interpersonal and team work
skills.

Duration of assignment is 4 years.

Under the AustraliaIndonesia Electoral Support Program, AEC

THE POSITION: MONITORING & EVALUATION (M&E)OFFICER

This position will act as aresource for all program staff to enhance
program design, monitoring andevaluation and quality. This position will
assist with building M&E systemsfocused on data collection, data
analysis and internal and external reporting.

The Roles and Responsibilities:

· Assistthe program staff and managers to develop a systematic
monitoring plans for AECIndonesia;

· Developsurvey tools and other data collection form to actualise
the monitoring plansin consultation with the program coordinators and
M&E Specialist;

· Conductthe necessary data collection from program beneficiaries
and relatedstakeholders;

· Analysemonitoring and evaluation data against the Performance,
Monitoring andEvaluation plan established at the start of the program,
quarterly reports, andannual and final project reports;

· Produceevaluation report for each program activities in
consultation with the programcoordinators;

· Othertask as requested by the Country Director

THE SELECTIONCRITERIA

Essential Criteria:

· At least 3 years of experience of working in M&E
(statistics,tools development and data collection), preferably in
implementing developmentprojects.

· Experience in AusAID funded project is advantage;

· Highly fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both
written andoral;

· Strong analytical skills;

· Computer skills (Microsoft Office Programs, Excel
and internet).
