managing ASEAN cooperation in disaster management and humanitarian
assistance, including facilitating the implementation of the ASEAN
Agreement on Disaster Management and Emergency Response (AADMER) and the
establishment of the ASEAN Co-ordinating Centre for Humanitarian
Assistance on disaster management (AHA Centre).
