Urgently Needed: English Teachers Posted in Bandung, West Java

Indonesia is running trainings and exchange programs funded by the U.S.
government. Since 2010, we have been holding a scholarship called
“English Access Microscholarship Program”. It is a two-year intensive

English training for senior and vocational high school freshmen who are
from financially-disadvantaged families. So far, we have had two cohorts
located in four different sites: Menteng, Rawamangun and Bangkalan
Madura. Some of the students and teachers of the Access program have
enjoyed exchange programs to the US.

This year, as the pilot
project, we are plannning to grant the scholarship also to a group of 33
blind students centered at PSBN Wyata Guna in Pasir Kaliki, Bandung,
West Java.
Therefore, we are currently seeking highly qualified English teachers who:
- have earned minimum S1 in any fields (S.Pd in English Education or Special Education holders are somehow preferred)
- have had experience in teaching English
- fluent in English
- have strong willingness to learn how to teach blind students
- possess strong passion in teaching.
- are patient, caring, creative, initiative, innovative, responsible, and most importantly committed to work for two years

Note:
Applicants who are familiar with education and learning tools for the
blind are desired and who have some experience of teaching English to
blind students are prioritised. However, training will be provided for successful applicants. If you meet the
