VACANCIES ANNOUNCEMENT

Temali Foundation is a local NGO
with vision to empower communities, especially farmers to become  a prosperous, capable, innovative,  and resulted in effective networks, based on
local values for a environmentally sound and sustainable development. The
foundation is now working in a Merapi Program in 5 villages surrounding Merapi
Mountain. The program will focus on developing the capacity of farmers in a
integrated community development schemes in collaboration with local
governments, related agencies, local communities, and other related private
sector though dairy and non dairy activities within integrated farming
activities programs.
Temali Foundation is currently
looking for some positions for its office in Yogyakarta:


1. Finance Officer
 Required Qualifications:
·         BA degree (S1) in Accounting, Business Administration experience  or in other relevant fields.
·         At least 3 years of professional experience in office finance,
preferably with INGOs.
·         Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal
skills
·         Computer skills are required: MS Office Package and  Internet
·         Fluency  in
spoken and written English
·         Preferably resident of Yogyakarta / surrounding areas

Summary of Main Duties

·         Oversee the smooth flowing of routine, administrative and
office procurement work of Merapi project of Temali Foundation office in
Yogyakarta
·         Administer the bookkeeping folders with all receipts
and supporting documents; includes initiating and booking all transactions to
the accounting programme and monthly forecasting
·         Organize all Transport and Accommodation arrangements
for local, international staff and guests
·         Maintain the Merapi Project of Temali Foundation

·         Ensure regular financial reporting to Temali
Foundation in coordination with Project Coordinator and Admin-Finance Manager
of Temali Foundation
·         Ensuring good Communication with Merapi Project and
Temali Foundation Stakeholders

The Finance Officer has the responsibility for the
general administration and financial support for Merapi Project of Temali
Foundation in Yogyakarta. The Finance Officer will report to Project
Coordinator and in close coordination with the Admin-Finance Manager of Temali
Foundation. The assignment will be for 18 month of project duration with 3
months of probation.

1. Administration Officer
 Required Qualifications:
·         BA degree (S1) in Administration or Humanitarian
Aid/Development work or in other relevant fields.
·         At least 3 years of professional experience in office
administration preferably with INGOs.
·         Experience in project administration, monitoring and
management is an asset
·         Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal
skills
·         Computer skills are required: MS Office Package
and  Internet
·         Fluency  in
spoken and written English
·         Preferably resident of Yogyakarta / surrounding areas

      Summary of Main Duties

·         Oversee the smooth flowing of routine, administrative
and logistic work of  Merapi Project of
Temali Foundation in Yogyakarta
·         Organize all transport and travel arrangements for
staff
·         Maintain Merapi Project of Temali Foundation

·         Manage the procurement and ensure proper functioning
and maintenance of the office equipment and other facilities
·         In close coordination with Finance Officer of Merapi
Project of Temali Foundation
·         Assist in project monitoring and prepare meetings with
partners and Stakeholders including minutes of meetings, reports, translation
etc.
·         Ensuring good communication with Merapi Project of
Temali Foundation Stakeholders

The Administration Officer has the responsibility for
the general administration, and the management of all facilities (office,
vehicles, etc.) for Merapi Project of Temali Foundation Yogyakarta office. The
Administration Officer will report to Project Coordinator and in close
coordination with Admin-Finance Manager of Temali Foundation for administration
matters. The assignment will be for 18 month of project duration with 3 months
of probation.
