Campaigns & Advocacy Coordinator        REF:5535
Open to Indonesian National applicants only


The Campaigns and Advocacy Coordinator will
lead the development and delivery of Oxfam’s national campaign based on
national and sectoral priorities with strong links to Oxfam’s global campaign,
especially the on-going Oxfam’s global food justice campaign (GROW) whose
particular focus on agriculture and climate change.


If
you
·         have proven experience of developing and managing campaigns and advocacy
program
·         have proven experience in working with partners and allies in planning
and implementing campaign strategies
·         have sound understanding of micro and macro economic policy issues that
affect poverty and inequality in Indonesia possess excellent communication skills
for lobbying and media work
·         have demonstrable understanding of gender and diversity issues and
commitment to promote gender and diversity equity
·         and Indonesian Citizen
