>  *1.      **Field Coordinator (Code: FC)*

> Working closely to Face to Face Fundraising Team in the field, this
> position will be responsible to ensure the team meet their target.

>  *2.      **Recruitment Officer (Code: RO)*

> Reporting to the Field Coordinator, this position will be responsible for
> the recruitment process to fill the manpower needs of Face to Face
> Fundraising Team.

>  *3.      **Fundraiser (Code: FR)*

> This position will conduct Face to Face Fundraising activity to meet the
> target.

>  *Requirements :*

> -      S1 degree with minimum 3 years experience as a Supervisor or
> Leader in fundraising/direct marketing team (FC)
>
> -      S1 graduate, preferably from psychology, marketing or
> communication with at least 3 years working experience (RO)
>
> -      Has an excellent communication skill and good negotiation skill
> (FC,FR)
>
> -      Possess strong leadership (FC)
>
> -      Possess basic HR skill, especially recruitment process (RO)
>
> -      Having a work experience with an NGO is an advantage
