VSO is an international non-governmental organization that
works through volunteering to fight global poverty and disadvantage.

We are looking for:
•           A dynamic
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER to support us to research, identify and develop
new business opportunities and partnerships in order to extend VSO Indonesia’s
sphere of influence, strengthen existing relationships and achieve strategy

objectives.
•           A dynamic
PROGRAMME OFFICER to provide programme support and play a lead role on
development of training courses for a variety of audiences, including
international and local volunteers, partner organizations, and private sector
companies.

Requirement for both positions:
•           Minimum 3
years solid  experience
•           Excellent
communication skills (English and Indonesian)
•           Good
project management skills
•           Good
interpersonal skills
•           Competent
data usage
•           Creative,
enthusiastic and self-motivated
•           Willingness
to travel frequently

Additional requirement for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
•           Experience
in brand management and marketing
•           Experience
of communications material
•           Experience
of website content management and the leveraging social media

Additional requirement for PROGRAMME OFFICER
•           Experience
of developing training courses, including the development of course outlines
facilitators’ notes, participants’ handouts, and evaluation forms.
