*Rescue team Coordinator*
*Qualifications:*
· Fresh graduate are welcome
· Organizational experience
· Having good network with universities
· Male/Female
· Sufficient English speaking
· Social science background
· Legal/law knowledge is an advantage
· Having experience in social organization
· Good computer skill
*Responsibilities:*
· Implementing KDM’s idea about rescue (rescuing children of the
street)
· Not working alone
· Develop community
· Making strategies (with universities, etc.)
· Develop networking with another organization, school, etc.
· Build communication with kids’ family
· Make children safe, as the result
· Parent-counseling and referral
· Capacity building for volunteer
*Rescue team Administration Staff:*
*Qualifications:*
· Good with children
· Diploma 3

· Having experience in social organization
· Good computer skill and writing skill
· Good communication skill
*Responsibilities:*
· Manage or collect data/information from children and inform to
KDM (daily activity) and put all the data on the system
· Going to the street with rescue team
· Make a record about children who go back to their family

· Willing to stay at Cileungsi
· Male
· Having good computer skill
· Having experience with street children is an advantage

· Accompany and facilitate new children to get some activities
· Parenting program
· Outdoor and sport activities
· Coaching children to follow their goals
· Supporting children
· Keeping child’s files
· Counseling with children

· Minumum Diploma 3
· Ready to live in working place or somewhere around
· Mature
· Able to conduct counseling process
· Able to organize children activities

· Having experienced to handle street children is an advantage
*Responsibilities:*
· Being ‘parent’ for children
· Arrange holiday program
· Control children activities
· Conduct counseling to the child
· Arrange activities for the children out of school hour
*Basic Education (Teacher):*

· Background in Education
· Age between 25 – 45 years
· Young spirit
· Like to work with children
· Experience in working with children
· Working structured, but flexible
· Passion for children
· Good communication skills
· Warm, empathic and understanding
*Responsibilities:*
· Preparing a lesson plan for a period of time
· Adjusting lesson plans when changing themes
· Monitoring and evaluating learning progress of the children
· Adjusting lesson plans to learning abilities of the children
· Monitoring and evaluating social skills through point system
· Monitoring and evaluating social skills via feedback on 7 social
competences
· Monitoring and evaluating social skills by coaching children in
theme and skill classes
· Creating environment in which learning process can run well
· Stimulating children to actively follow the learning process
· Active participating in meetings with Education department and/or
children
