Caritas Czech Republic Aceh Mission (CCR) has
been implementing rural livelihoods development activities in Aceh Jaya
district since 2005 after finalizing emergencyphase of the post tsunami
relief. Livelihood field became soon a core activity of CCR in Aceh. For more than 4 years CCR
has been providing long term support for the victims of tsunami in the fields
of agriculture, agro-forestry and aquacultures (all sub districts of Aceh Jaya
district).

In 2010-2012 CCR will be implementing a
project for the Mulit-Donor Fund (MDF) in cooperation with the Economic
Development Financing Facility (EDFF) and the World Bank. This project will
focus on improving the economic opportunities available to nilam growers across
Aceh.
Under the supervision of  Head of Mission the District Coordinator will
have the  responsible for
overseeing the planning, management and implementation of sub-project
activities from the CCR program office, working through the district field
structure to support the project staff in identifying, planning and developing
detailed action plan for the project.

Main Duties:


·         ManagingProject Officers and Field Officers
in project implementation.
·         Evaluating and monitoring the project team’s ability to meet clear
targets in a short period of time, under stressful conditions.
·         Overseeing the project budget and being responsible for overseeing
the work of finance and procurement assistants on the district level.
·         Coordinating with local community structures, local
government officials, and international organizations/ local organizations.
·         Close
coordination and information sharing with other district coordinators.
·         Working to coordinate the travel and scheduling
of a group of advisors supporting efforts across Aceh.
·         Performing other tasks as required.
Education:

Master’s or Bachelor Degree in Political Sciences, Social Sciences, Development
Studies, Humanitarian Studies, Public Administration, Economics, Agriculutre or in a technical (e.g. engineering,
earth sciences, etc.)  or other relevant field.

Experience:
·         Minimum nine(9) years of relevant professional experience for Master’s
degree holdersand tweleve (12) years experience
for Bachelor degree,
·         This is a senior level position, and only applicants with
extensive management experience should apply.
·         has the
background in agriculture/ livelihood projects,
·         experience as
Project Office/  Project Manager,
·         understanding
project budgetting and spending monitoring.
Language Requirements:

Excellent oral and written communication in both
English and Indonesia. Good social and interpersonal skill.
