The Partnership for Governance Reform in Indonesia is a
multi-stakeholder association dedicated to support Indonesian
initiatives aiming at supporting governance reform agenda. The
Partnership works closely with national and international community to
initiate, advocate, and promote sustainable governance reform in
Indonesia.
The Partnership brings together the Indonesian Government, Legislature,
Judiciary, Civil Society, and the Corporate Sector with the support of
the International Community in initiating a long-term process to improve
governance in Indonesia in a durable way which expresses Indonesian
ownership.
Currently we have immediate vacancies for high caliber Indonesians with high integrity to fill the following position :
Program Director - Sustainable Development Governance
Organizational Context:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of the Executive Director, the
Program Director of SDG is responsible for directing development and
implementation programs in the areas of economic, environment, and
private-sector governance and together with other directors is
responsible for the successful resource mobilization for the program
under his/her portfolio as well as for overall organization. S/he
utilizes political, social and economic data and trends for directing
formulation, management and evaluation of program activities and
provides related policy advisory services and strategic direction to SDG
program.
The Program Director leads program planning, formulation and
development, and supervises managers. S/he works in close collaboration
with other directors, Knowledge and Resources Center Manager, Planning,
Monitoring and Evaluation Manager as well as with other program staff
and team of experts and external counterparts such as Government
officials, multi-lateral and bi-lateral donors, civil society
organizations and corporate sector ensuring successful program
implementation. The Program Director builds relationship and networks
with key stakeholders (in the government, civil society and private
sector) in governance reform.

Recruitment Qualifications :
Education :
Master’s Degree or equivalent, preferable PhD, in Social Sciences,
Development-Economics, Applied-Environmental Sciences, or other related
field.
Experience :
Min. 10 years of relevant experience at the national or international
level in providing programmatic management, advisory services and or
managing development programs, hands-on experience in design, monitoring
and evaluation of development projects and resource mobilization with
at least 5 years experience in governance reform program.
8 years or more of senior-level management responsibilities of similar complexity and size of the organization
Language Requirements :
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Speaking and Writing).
