of street children located in Pondok Gede, Bekasi, West Java, is looking
for dynamic and creative individual to take up some positions below:
*Rescue team Coordinator
Qualifications:*
1. Fresh graduate are welcome
2. Organizational experience
3. Having good network with universities
4. Male/Female
5. Sufficient English speaking
6. Social science background
7. Legal/law knowledge is an advantage
8. Having experience in social organization
9. Good computer skill
*Responsibilities:*
1. Implementing KDM’s idea about rescue (rescuing children of the
street)
a. Not working alone
b. Develop community
c. Making strategies (with universities, etc.)
2. Develop networking with another organization, school, etc.
3. Build communication with kids’ family
4. Make children safe, as the result
5. Parent-counseling and referral
6. Capacity building for volunteer
*Rescue team Administration Staff:
Qualifications:*
1. Good with children
2. Diploma 3
3. Fresh graduate are welcome
4. Having experience in social organization
5. Good computer skill and writing skill
6. Good communication skill
*Responsibilities:*
1. Manage or collect data/information from children and inform to KDM
(daily activity) and put all the data on the system
2. Going to the street with rescue team
3. Make a record about children who go back to their family
*Adaptation Team Coordinator:
Qualifications:*
1. Psychology background
2. Having experience in working with children
3. Having good integrity
4. Empathy to street children’s problem
5. Open minded
6. 25-35 years old
7. Experienced with street kids, and outdoor activities
8. Willing to stay at Cileungsi
9. Having good leadership
10. Active, creative, working independently
*Responsibilities:*
1. Managing team and developing team work
2. Motivate children to leave street life
3. Parenting program
*Adaptation Team Staff:
Qualifications:*
