Campaigns & Advocacy Capacity Building Advisor REF: INT5416
Open to Indonesian National applicants only
The
Campaigns and Advocacy Capacity Building Advisor will provide support to Oxfam
staff and partners to improve their skills and knowledge needed to ensure
effective and successful campaigns and advocacy at local, provincial and
national level, and to link with Oxfam’s global campaigning and advocacy
initiatives. The post holder will work together with other programme staff and
our vast network of partners for developing and facilitate the implementation
of a capacity building plan related to campaigns and advocacy, and for
monitoring and evaluation of the plan.
If
you
· have experience in campaigning and advocacy
· have good understanding of what makes an effective and successful
campaigns and advocacy
· have some knowledge of new and innovative ways to influence the public
and decision makers
· are good in supporting others to develop their skills and performance
· and Indonesian Citizen
