JOB VACANCY â€" PROGRAM ASSISTANT
AIPI (Indonesian Academy of Sciences) seeks a highly motivated, of
integrity, and organized individuals, capable of serving as a Program
Assistant for the joint report on Maternal and Neonatal Health between
AIPI and the US National Academy of Sciences. Upon completion of the
project these individuals are expected to serve as an accountant of AIPI
to manage donor-funded projects. Applicants are expected to be able to
work as a team.
Duties include:
1. Communicate regularly and assist co-director in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and reporting.
2. Develop materials and resources to assist reporting activities.
3. Provide administrative support to co-director to complete project
documentation. Ensure the project files are properly maintained.
4. Communicates effectively and builds relationships with the stakeholders of the projects.
5. Organizes meeting, events and conferences and fulfill other
administrative functions as make travel arrangements, lodging and
accommodation.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in business, management, social, or public administration.
2. Minimum 2 years experience, including program assistant, administrative/finance.
3. Experience in administering financial regulations, system and procedures
4. Experience in the operation of project offices for donor funded development assistance projects
5. Knowledge of development assistance contracts and projects.
6. Proficiency in MS office.
7. Must be fluent in English and Indonesian, both oral and written
8. High level of independence, and demonstrates the core competencies of
communication, productivity, quality, and responsiveness
