International NGO seeks several IT Helpdesk who will work under the
supervision of an international consultant and assist with the daily
operation and implementation of an IFES project. The positions are Jakarta
based and full time.

technical assistance and applying field-based research to the electoral
cycle in countries around the world to enhance citizen participation and
strengthen civil societies, governance and transparency. Founded in 1987 as

Responsibility:

· Receving, documenting and following up IT related problem and
request from users;

· Coordinate with other team member to handle and solve IT problem
and request;

· Manage IT administration process and other documentations;

Requirements:

· One year work experience or fresh graduate;

· Have good IT skill and knowledge in preferred;

· Good attention to detail, creative and able to work in fast paced
environment;

· Able to work in a team;
