The Association of Southeast
Asian Nations (ASEAN) is a regional-intergovernmental organisation founded in
1967, to promote peace and stability, sustain economic growth, shared
prosperity and social progress. It comprises ten countries of Southeast Asia.


The
ASEAN Leaders at their 19th ASEAN Summit on 17 November 2011
officially launched the ASEAN Coordinating Centre for Humanitarian Assistance
on disaster management, popularly referred to as the AHA Centre. The AHA Centre
will facilitate co-operation and coordination among ASEAN Member States, and
with relevant United Nations and international organisations in promoting
regional collaboration in disaster management.

AHA Centreis looking for the best, most-talented and
highly-motivatedindividual to join the AHA
Centreasa Receptionist.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Perform receptionist functions
* Perform clerical duties in order to maintain the administration support
work
* Provide assistance
and support for staff member, experts and consultants;
* Perform other related
duties as required

Requirements
* At least Diploma in the following disciplines: Secretarial and Administration,  Business Administration, Management, Public Relations, English major, communication or relevant subject;
* At least three years of experience in a government, international organisation and/or private sector;
* Proficiency in English verbal and written communication skills;
* Professional personal presentation;
* Good knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, computers and relevant software applications, and client service principles and practices;
* Exposure to relevant activities dealing with various international organisations, related institutions and/or private sector will be an advantage;
* Fresh graduates with exceptional academic performance are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant will be offered an initial 12-month contract with a
possible extension and based at the AHA Centre, BPPT Building, Jakarta.
