(Kemitraan) to Strengthening Integrity and Anti Corruption Programme.
Partnership for Governance Reform is a multi-stakeholder association
dedicated to support Indonesian initiatives aimed at supporting

In partnership with Kemitraan, Tiri is seeking a competent and
experienced Indonesian with high personal integrity and deep
understanding on the systemic Integrity issues to fill the position of :
Web Master
Summary of key functions:
A. General
1. Monitor, improve, and update the performance of Tiri’s projects websites.
2. Ensure the websites are easy to navigate and address the needs of the users.
3. Support the Tiri’s work plan and promote the objectives of Tiri in integrity governance.
B. Project
1. Take over the ownership and management of Tiri’s GrantCheck and I@W websites from former website developers;
2. Undertake the development and expansion of the PIEN;
3. Co-ordinate with Tiri’s partners (users) to improve the websites;
4. Ensure the regular updating, effective running and security of all websites and web-based resources;
5. Manage all Tiri Indonesia Programme’s databases and online resources.
C. Administrative
1. Provide IT support for the relevant Tiri’s partners and staff members in Indonesia and around the globe;
2. Provide support to the Tiri Indonesia Team on all administrative,
financial management, documentation and reporting requirements
Recruitment Qualifications:
1. At least a degree in computer science or software engineering, or other relevant fields;
2. Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field;
3. Ability to work in a close-knit team and in cross-cultural settings;
4. Have a good command over Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) , Cascading
Style Sheets (CSS), and Extensible Markup Language (XML);
5. Knowledge of the open-source Unix operating system or its variants;
6. Knows a programming language such as C++ and Java;
7. Knows web application such as PHP, My SQL and Dreamweaver;
8. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; both written and oral communication.
