lowongan kerja lsm/ngo, Temporary Position - Administrative Assistant

WWF US Regional Program Office (RPO) in
Jakarta is currently seeking for a temporary person (4 months) as an
Administrative Assistant. There are 2 projects under the RPO, namely Coral
Triangle Support Partnership (CTSP) and Marine Protected Areas Governance
(MPAG). Both are USAID funded project. Please find below the TOR for the
mentioned position above:


1. COP Personal
Assistant
a)     Serve as the executive
assistant to the COP concerning travel, compliance with USAID regulations on
all activities, and serve as the primary POC for COP related requests when the
COP is on travel.
b)     Assist COP on
filing all important documents in filing system
2. Operational of RPO
a)    Ensure that filing
systems are up-to-date and maintained (exclude HR and Finance) using the right
filing system method/system. 
b)     Providing
administrative support, which included organization and daily maintenance of
office, communication system, correspondence
c)     Maintain and
updated library list
d)     Act as a
Receptionist until the right person is hired.
e)      Ad hoc
assistance as requested
3. Logistics:
a)    Travel arrangements
for all staff (Flight/ticket and accommodation arrangement, requesting travel
advance)
b)     Maintain list of
office supplies, request for replenish office supply
c)      In charge on
arrangement land transportation for all staff (recording taxi voucher etc)
d)    Assist
on looking for the quotations for office procurement and event

Education: Diploma
Requirement:
§  Familiarity with USAID projects.
§  Excellent attitude and ability to adapt to changing
operational and implementation needs.
§  Demonstrated ability to work effectively and
cooperatively with a wide range of people.
§  Communicates clearly and concisely orally and in
writing in English.
§  Proficiency in English required.

Skills
·         Excellent written
and oral English language communication skills.
·         Excellent
interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to lead and work effectively in
insecure environments is critical
·         Strong computer
skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
·         Demonstrated
ability to systematize and streamline organizational operations
·         Experience with
NGO procedures, approaches, and operations
